With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary, Lily offers a distinctive and comprehensive approach to therapy. Leveraging her academic background and training, Lily specializes in therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). With a commitment to tailoring these evidence-based methods to address individual needs, she guides clients through a diverse range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger management, addiction, self-esteem issues, conflicts with family and peers, and trauma.

In addition to her academic and therapeutic expertise, Lily brings a personal touch to her practice. Having personally navigated the complexities of relocating from South Korea to a new environment and experiencing the feelings of not fitting in, Lily deeply understands the challenges of everyday life. This journey has not only fueled her commitment to guiding clients beyond mere survival but also highlights her passion for helping individuals flourish and  wholeheartedly embrace their authentic selves. Dedicated to creating a supportive and enriching therapeutic space, Lily invites clients to view their challenges as opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Through collaborative exploration and empowerment she seeks to foster a transformative therapeutic alliance, propelling clients toward resilience, fulfillment, and the realization of their true potential. Clients can expect a compassionate guide in Lily, someone who not only understands their struggle but is fervently committed to helping them thrive and live authentically.
